Plan, evaluate and optimize production
PROTOP MES connects all sub-levels and systems of your production: from the transfer of orders from the ERP system, the transfer of program parameters to the production plant, the recording and visualization of production data, the creation of product documentation to the feedback of production results to the ERP system. This ensures integrated and efficient control of the entire production process.
Transparent production
The system uses its numerous interfaces to record all relevant production, operating, energy and quality data and links these to create a digital image of your factory. This provides a complete overview and control of all production-relevant aspects, making it easier to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Keep an eye on production at all times
Monitor and control your production systems conveniently via the web-based user interface, which works on any current Internet browser without the need to install additional software. The user interface offers intuitive operation and enables quick adjustment of production parameters.
The interface can optionally be integrated directly into existing WinCC panels. Operation is also possible on mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets, as long as they have access to the company's internal network. This increases the flexibility and mobility of the operating personnel.
Always up to date
You can monitor any process or quality data in the system and be alerted in the user interface, by e-mail or SMS if limit values are violated. This means you are always optimally informed about all processes in the plant and can react in good time. This proactive monitoring helps to quickly identify and rectify problems, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Central program and recipe management
In PROTOP MES, annealing programs and other machine recipes can be configured and released centrally for all furnaces and machines via the integrated program management. Annealing and production orders can be conveniently scheduled and started for the individual machines. To ensure that the machines are ready for operation at the start of the shift, annealing programs can also be activated in a time-controlled manner.
Maintenance management
PROTOP MES allows you to configure and plan individual maintenance measures for your production systems and machines. The system supports your employees in carrying out the planned measures correctly and on time. The system also offers the option of structured recording, evaluation and rectification of faults.
Energy data management system
PROTOP MES offers many functions to support energy management in accordance with DIN EN 50001:
- Recording, evaluation and visualization of energy data
- Calculation of current energy costs and creation of consumption forecasts
- Planning and monitoring of energy-saving measures
- Instruction of employees via configurable training courses and performance reviews
